Explore the origins of Splinter, the Shredder and the heroes known as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in this exciting and dark prequel based on the comics by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird

SPLINTER: A TMNT PREQUEL

FADE IN:

INT. STREETS, NEW YORK CITY - NIGHT

People are walking home from their routines, others are
going out for a night of fun and excitement. Others hang out
near their stoops listening to music.

EXT. AN EMPTY WAREHOUSE - SAME

A group of punks wearing purple bandannas and some have
dragon shaped tattoos of the same color. They are the
toughest gang of the East Side of New York, the PURPLE
DRAGONS.

They are stealing all kinds of goods and putting them inside
a van.

PURPLE DRAGON #1
Careful with this bros, the boss
needs all of these.

PURPLE DRAGON #2
Hopefully the pay is good as he
promised us.

PURPLE DRAGON #3
Takes money to make money.

PURPLE DRAGON #1
Yeah. We could be rich with these
stereos and TVs.

The third Purple Dragon goes to pick up the next box and
looks up the roof and he sees four turtle-like figures, his
expression turns into a frightened one.

PURPLE DRAGON #3
Uh...guys.

The four shadowy figures jump down and startle all fifteen
gang members as the third runs to his group. They come out
of the shadows revealing themselves as real turtles. One
wears a blue bandanna and wields two katanas, the other one
wears a red bandanna and wields two sais, the next one is a
turtle with an orange bandanna and wields two nunchucks, and
the last one wears a purple bandanna and his main weapon is
a staff.

PURPLE DRAGON #1
You're dead freaks! Nobody
trespasses on Purple Dragon turf
and gets away with it! Especially
when they're wearing stupid turtle
costumes!

The turtles draw their weapons and stand in a relaxed ready
position, while the one with the sais has his body quivering
with tense energy, ready to be released into savage slashing
release.

The Purple Dragons have typical gang weapons such as iron
pipes, baseball bats, knives and chains. The turtles attack
airborne with amazing ninja skills. They are LEONARDO,
RAPHAEL, MICHAELANGELO and DONATELLO.

Leonardo strikes two on the way down, Donatello takes out a
third with his bo staff as Michaelangelo toys with other
three and uses his nunchucks to beat them down. However, the
Purple Dragons are no amateurs as they've been toughened by
the streets.

PURPLE DRAGON #2
(draws his gun)
Blast them!

Five of the Dragons split into small groups taking out their
guns and begin firing at the turtles, but firearms are no
match for their speed as Leonardo deflects the bullets with
his sword and the others jump and swiftly move away.

Raphael draws his sais and throws it at their hands, cutting
them and dropping their guns. And then, he beats them up so
bad that they don't even see it.

            PURPLE DRAGON #1
      (drawing his
       butterfly knife)
Don't know who these guys
are...but they some kind of
freaks...but even freaks can
bleed. CUT 'EM!

The five last dragons attack, but the turtles remain
untouched as they all get beaten. The turtles then pose and
sheath their weapons. A police siren echoes the area, and
then we see it arrive.

A police truck and another car approach as well, and just as
they get out, they only find out what's left of the Purple
Dragons gang. But the turtles are nowhere to be seen.

EXT. ROOFTOPS - SAME

We see the turtles running fast from one rooftop to another
in a ninja style fashion. Although they stopped criminals,
they would have to hide from those who would be their
allies, for they would not understand.

EXT. ALLEY - SAME

The turtles hop down and open up a sewer manhole and they
all get inside, closing the sewers.

SUPER: SPLINTER: A TMNT PREQUEL

INT. SEWERS - NIGHT

We see the shadows of the turtles walking through the
underground levels of the city headed to their home. It's
like they know it as if they were the palm of their hands.

The turtles then stop and pull down a pipe as if it was a
lever. Their door opens and they head inside.

INT. THE LAIR -

The home of the turtles looks like a very old abandoned
subway area that the people and the world has forgotten.
Then we see an anthropomorphic rat who is meditating and
then opens his eyes. He is their master and father,
SPLINTER.

SPLINTER
Ah, my sons. You have returned at
last. You have fought?

They all kneel before their sensei.

MIKE
(laughs)
They were many sensei, but we
kicked...

Raph elbows Mike to be quiet.

LEO
We fought well Master Splinter.

SPLINTER
We're you all seen?

LEO
No.

Splinter takes a sip of his tea and puts the cup down.

SPLINTER
You must all remember, you must
strike hard and fade away into the
night. Our domain is the shadow,
we cannot remain too long on the
surface. Even those who would be
our allies would not understand.
But now, it is time for me to tell
you my story.

FLASHBACK:

INT. A DOJO - AFTERNOON

The sunset reflects the dusk of a beautiful Japanese scenery
as we come across the inside of a training room in the dojo.
The walls have papers with a fire-like symbol on it, it's
the insignia of the FOOT CLAN. And we see a man, mid to late
twenties, practicing his ninjitsu skills.

He is HAMATO YOSHI, a ninja warrior. The best of his clan.
He stops to see a small rat in it's cage, mimicking his
movements and gives a light smile to his pet, and proceeds
to keep on practicing.

SPLINTER (VO)
(narrating)
Many years ago, I lived in Japan.
I was once a rat, normal as any
other. A pet of my beloved master,
Hamato Yoshi. He was always amused
that I mimicked his movements from
his cage, and learning the secret
art of ninjitsu. Yoshi was a
member of the Foot Ninja, the most
feared and well known clan of
assassins in all of Japan.

CUT TO: EXT. FOOT NINJA CLAN DOJO, MOUNT OTAKE, JAPAN - SAME

Ninjas are seen training with weapons, shurikens, throwing
kunais, rope climbing and even sparring with one another.
Then a gong is heard when a man about 55 years old calls on
to his students, he is SENSEI GOUSHI NANAHARA, head of the
Foot Ninja.

Each of the students form lines and stand at attention.

SENSEI GOUSHI
(in Japanese)
Good morning, my students! Today
is the day when one of you is to
become a ninja master and my
successor. Only two students out
of 300 have passed all the tests
and are ready to fight each other.
This shall determine who will
become the next in line to be the
Master of the Foot Ninja

All the students form a square around the ring. Sensei
goushi sits down on his throne.

SENSEI GOUSHI
Yoshi! Nagi! Step forward

On the left side, we see a man whose expression has an
mixture of seriousness and anger. He is OROKU NAGI, late
twenties. On the right side, Yoshi steps forward. They both
face the Master and bow before him.

SENSEI GOUSHI
You two have passed all tests.
You're both equal in skill,
strength, agility and invisibilty.
Out of three hundred students you
have proven yourselves to the end,
and that makes you special. Today,
you will fight one another. This
is not a fight to the death, but
to see who is worthy of becoming a
successor.

Both Yoshi and Nagi bow towards the sensei, and then turn to
one another and bow.

SENSEI GOUSHI
Begin

Yoshi and Nagi perform their ninja movements and make their
stance. The two ensue in a long fight, both of them are
equally matched in agility, skill and strength.

During the fight, Nagi performs a 720 spin to fool his
opponent and makes multiple attacks. Although Yoshi dodges
and parries them, Nagi manages to land two punches in the
stomach and face, he then kicks him on the back of his leg
and makes a spinning kick to his face in which Yoshi starts
to bleed from his mouth and spits out blood.

SPLINTER
(narrating)
Yoshi, was one of the finest
ninjas in his clan, known as the
Foot. His only rival was Oroku
Nagi, they fiercely competed in
all things.

Yoshi gets back on his feet, calm and still, not being
consumed by rage, just as any honorable warrior would do.
Nagi charges and attacks, in which Yoshi continues dodging,
and not falling into the same trick twice. He then lands
kicks in the torso, face and chest.

Nagi attemps a roundhouse, which Yoshi responds with a
sweeper and attempts a pin, which Nagi avoids and gets up on
his feet. Nagi makes a sweep which Yoshi avoids, performing
a backflip and then a frontal one, and just when Nagi gets
up, Yoshi performs a spinning jump kick which Nagi avoids
and responds with a somersault kick, causing Yoshi to fall
and he starts to bleed from his mouth and nose.

SENSEI GOUSHI
Enough!

SPLINTER
But their competition was none
more fiercely than for the love of
a beautiful woman, Tang Shen.

Yoshi gets up on his feet slowly. Among the ninjas we see a
very, very beautiful woman about 23 years old. She is TANG
SHEN, the dojo's nurse and also Nanahara's adopted daughter.
Shen shows an expression of great concern for Yoshi as he
gets up and stands at attention. Nagi smiles, confident in
his victory, but...

SENSEI GOUSHI
Nagi, your skills are great and
have reached their peak. You truly
are strong and skilled. But
unfortunately it's not enough for
you to succeed me. You lack honor,
discipline, compassion and loyalty
to a fault. These are the merits
that are needed to become the
Grandmaster of the Foot Ninja.

Upon those words, Nagi becomes incredibly pissed off and
stares at Yoshi with intense jealousy mixed with hate.

SENSEI GOUSHI
Yoshi, I say the same for your
skills. You and Nagi are both
equally matched. But you show the
requirements to become the next
Grandmaster.

YOSHI
But Sensei Goushi, I lost this
match. I am not worthy.

SENSEI GOUSHI
Yoshi. Just because you have been
defeated, does not mean you were
not worthy. You were chosen
because of your great sense of
honor, discipline, compassion and
loyalty. Nagi will never become a
Grandmaster, until he has learned
this lesson.

Nagi glares at Yoshi and then storms off in anger. Yoshi
just gives a concerned look.

CUT TO:

INT. RECOVERY ROOM, FOOT NINJA DOJO - DAY

Tang Shen soaks a towel on hot water in which she takes out
and squeezes it to apply it on Yoshi's bruises. She's
dedicated to her task with great sweetness, it's obvious she
has a thing for him.

TANG SHEN
You should try to take it easy
Yoshi.

YOSHI
It was only a sparring match. As
much as I don't like being an
accuser, the truth is Nagi
misinterpreted this as a duel to
the death. He really wanted to
lead this dojo.

TANG SHEN
(worried)
Yet I am concerned about you, what
if Nagi's hand were to be
overplayed.

YOSHI
I'll make sure to speak with him.
He'll understand. Although we have
been friends for a long time, he
has been showing aggression in his
competitive nature as of late
Shen.

TANG SHEN
Do you think...?

Yoshi slowly gets up as Shen tries to help him, but he
gently stops her, holding her hand and turns to her.

TANG SHEN
I'm sorry, but it's just the way
he looks at me.

YOSHI
I hope it's not that. But if it
is, then I shall speak with him.
Maybe he'll listen to reason.

TANG SHEN
Just be careful Hamato. I don't
want you to get hurt.

Their lips meet in a romantic kiss. But unknown to them Nagi
has been spying and becomes consumed by jealousy and walks
away in anger.

EXT. FOOT NINJA HEADQUARTERS, GARDENS - DAY

Yoshi walks to Nagi who is seen to be storming off in a
huff.

YOSHI
Nagi!

Nagi stops with a serious expression on his face which he
wants to give the cold shoulder to Yoshi.

NAGI
What do you want Yoshi?

YOSHI
You fight well, but what the
Sensei says is true. You
misinterpreted this duel as a
battle to the death.

NAGI
To hell with him and his rules
about honor and compassion! The
problem is that he has gone soft,
he chose you instead of someone
who is strong and fit for leading
this clan.

YOSHI
But strength does not mean
fighting for amusement or proving
how strong you are. That is
exactly what he wanted to--

NAGI
(cutting Yoshi off)
My ways are better! Effective and
efficient to lead this clan.

There is a short pause for a moment and then Yoshi calmly
tries again to reason with Nagi.

YOSHI
It's about Shen isn't it? What you
must learn is that life is not
always how everybody wants, even
you.

NAGI
Someday, you will learn that this
nonsense way of thinking about
peace and compassion will be the
death of you. And you will know,
what is like to lose something
precious to you that what you took
from me, should have been mine. To
hell with honor.

Nagi then walks away as Yoshi returns back to the dojo.

EXT. TANG SHEN'S HOME. KAWAGOE, SAITAMA. JAPAN - NIGHT

We see Yoshi walking to the alley with a bouquet of flowers
for his beloved. His smile turns to frown upon hearing her
scream and that's when he runs to her house.

INT. SHEN'S HOME, LIVING ROOM - SAME

Shen is slapped by Nagi as she falls face flat on the floor
bleeding from her mouth. Nagi closely approaches her and
rips off her robe. She cries in extreme fear, and Nagi
closes himself to her.

NAGI
You should be mine, not his!

TANG SHEN
Please understand! I love Yoshi,
I'm not some object you can simply
take.

NAGI
(menacingly)
Whatever I want, I take it. I
don't need approval from NO ONE!

The door is kicked down and it's Yoshi. He is shocked at the
sight of Nagi attempting to rape Shen. Nagi turns to him and
Shen cries for her lover, Yoshi becomes furious for what he
sees.

NAGI
(furious)
Hah! Yoshi dog! If I cannot have
this woman, THEN NO ONE WILL!

Yoshi takes a vase and throws it at Nagi who punches it,
breaking it. They charge at one another and begin to fight,
throwing a barrage of punches and kicks, dodging and
parrying. Like in the beginning, they're equally matched.

But because of what's been happening, Yoshi fights furiously
for what Nagi did. Shen pleads for them to stop as she looks
helplessly. Yoshi then roundhouses Nagi in the face, putting
him down for the moment. He goes to check on Shen.

YOSHI
(very worried)
Shen! Shen, are you alright!

Nagi shows his last sense of dishonor as he takes out a
knife. Shen looks as Nagi charges once again, alerting Yoshi
on time, who responds by breaking his arm, pinning him to
the floor and punching him with both hands multiple times.
His world clouded within a thick red haze, and when it
clears, Nagi is no more.

Once Yoshi comes to his senses, he looks at his blood
stained hands and the lifeless body of Nagi. Some onlookers
run away crying for help.

INT. FOOT NINJA DOJO, GRANDMASTER'S CHAMBER - NIGHT

Grandmaster Nanahara is meditating, but then he senses the
death of Nagi. He opens his eyes, showing expression of
sadness and great concern as well as anger.

SENSEI GOUSHI
No!

A fellow Ninja Master, SHUYA HASASHI, 45 years old also
senses it.

SENSEI HASASHI
Master Nanahara-san, what do you
sense?

SENSEI GOUSHI
Pain, suffering, dishonor and
death. Something terrible has
happened. I feared that someway
this would happen.

CUT TO: INT. SHEN'S HOME, LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Yoshi is still in shock as Shen holds him as she cries.

TANG SHEN
(crying)
You did what you had to do.

YOSHI
No, Shen. You don't understand.
Killing a fellow member of my clan
is a sentence of death. For
killing him even without intent I
have dishonored myself and my
clan. To save myself from the
shame, either they kill me or I'll
do it myself, hoping for honor in
the next life.

Shen steps back and shakes her head, still sad and in shock.
But she puts her hands on his face and turns him to look at
her.

TANG SHEN
You always have a choice. We can
escape. Escape from all of this.
The Foot Ninja, everything.

YOSHI
But where will we go?

TANG SHEN
New York. I have a friend who will
take us in. We will be safe there.
Take your pet Splinter with you as
well.

12.

They embrace, and in order to prevent a cowardly and
irrational choice, he is convinced to flee.

DISSOLVE TO: EXT. JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, NEW YORK - DAY

The plane lands on the runway, inside are Yoshi and Shen who
have arrived at their destination.

SPLINTER
(narrating)
And so, I moved to America with my
master and his beloved Shen. Here,
they both settled down and my
master had opened a small school
of martial arts and prospered.

EXT. A GRAVEYARD. SAITAMA PREFECTURE, JAPAN - DAY

We see the Oroku family mourning the death of Nagi. One boy
about seven years old however, has a mixture of sadness and
anger, tears streaming down his face. He is OROKU SAKI,
future enemy of the Turtles and Splinter.

SPLINTER
Nagi's family was mourning his
death, especially his younger
brother, Oroku Saki. He vowed
revenge on Yoshi and Shen for his
brother's death. The Foot Ninja
used his anger to bend him to
their own purposes.

INT. FOOT NINJA DOJO, SAKI'S TRAINING - DAY

Oroku Saki begins his intense training to become a ninja,
like his brother before him. We start seeing him training at
the age of seven. We then dissolve to see him at the age of
fourteen training with ninja weapons such as shurikens,
katanas, nunchucks, staffs, sais and kusarigamas.

SPLINTER
Oroku Saki began intensive
training in the art of ninjitsu.
As he was growing older, he
continuously surpassed his masters
and his hatred for Yoshi grew
deeper and much more bitter than
before.

Oroku Saki, now 18 continues training harder as we see him
breaking through wood with his fist and having perfect aim
with the bow and arrow as well as the shuriken and sais,
even defeating his opponents.

13.

INT. GRANDMASTER'S CHAMBER - NIGHT

The new Grandmaster of the Foot Ninja, Sensei Hasashi and a
few masters at his left and right side are sitting on the
floor as the now grown Oroku Saki enters and kneels before
his masters.

SENSEI HASASHI
Oroku Saki, you have proven
yourself in your training. Though,
you are only eighteen you are our
most cunning assassin and able
leader. Therefore, we have chosen
you to go to the United States in
New York City, there you will lead
the branch of the Foot Ninja.

Oroku Saki thinks about his brother and seeing his dead body
as his mother loudly wails and the shock he felt for that.

SAKI
(thinking)
Finally! I can avenge my brother
and kill that bastard for what he
did.

MONTAGE SEQUENCE

INT. ABANDONED WAREHOUSE, US FOOT NINJA HQ. NEW YORK - NIGHT

TITLES READ: A YEAR LATER

We see hundreds of ninjas training until Oroku Saki arrives
and all stand at attention. He raises his hands in the air
and they all cheer loudly raising their swords.

SPLINTER
Oroku quickly rose the clan in New
York. And within a year, the Foot
Ninja were a force to be reckoned
with. Saki became known as the
Shredder.

EXT. AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT, LITTLE ITALY - NIGHT

Mob bosses, enforcers and other made guys are having dinner
as their bodyguards are keeping watch. But then, the lights
go out and when they turn back on their bodyguards are all
dead and they have swords pointed at their necks as we now
see Saki wearing a sharpened samurai-like helm and mask, and
a grey and black outfit with sharpened pauldrons, clawed
shaped gauntlets and leg pauldrons as well and wears a red
cape. He is now called, THE SHREDDER

SHREDDER
Your businesses now belong to me.
Each and everyone of you will give
me fifty percent of your cut.

A mob boss, CARLO BORELLI, 45 years old with black hair and
eyes with his hands in the air. He is balding and fat.

BORELLI
Fifty percent? You and your ninjas
can blow off!

Wasting no words, the Shredder throws a kunai at Borelli's
forehead killing him instantly. All the bosses then agree
that fifty percent is perfect for them.

EXT. UNDER GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE, THE BRONX - NIGHT

We see a hulking ally of the Shredder, HUNTER MASON, 21
years old. A hulking muscular man with blond hair and a long
braid that can make you extremely scared like a frightened
child. He is the leader of the Purple Dragons, now allies of
the Foot Ninja. He is shown making business with Colombian
and Mexican drug lords, who presents them with guns, drugs
and money.

SPLINTER (VO)
Under Saki's leadership, the Foot
Ninja became involved in criminal
activities such as drug smuggling
and arms running.

HUN
I think we got ourselves a deal
gentlemen. My boss will be
pleased.

Hun has one of his goons take the weapons and drugs. But
suddenly, he cheats them out by having the ninjas kill the
enforces and violently snaps the neck of one of the bosses
and from offscreen he savagely beats another drug lord to
death. As for the rest they are killed by Foot Ninja.

SPLINTER
...and their specialty,
assassination.

EXT. ROOFTOPS - NIGHT

We quickly run and jump from one apartment building to the
next. That is until we stop to see the view of an apartment
building. We see that living there is Tang Shen, now a woman
in her 30s.

SPLINTER (VO)
But these things did not satisfy
him enough. In his heart, hatred
burned for my master and Tang Shen
as well.

We see that Shredder looks upon the building and clenches
his fist as we see his claw shining, ready to taste the
blood of it's innocent victims. Thunder claps furiously as
rain begins to fall really hard.

SHREDDER
The time is right, I have tracked
them down. For the murderer of my
brother Nagi, there will be no
escape.

END MONTAGE

CUT TO: INT. HALLWAYS, APARTMENT BUILDING - NIGHT

Hamato Yoshi takes out the keys and opens his apartment
which is numbered 7G.

INT. YOSHI'S APARTMENT - SAME

Yoshi takes off his hat and turns on the light, he finds the
place a mess and Splinter's cage broken and to his shock and
grief, he finds the lifeless body of his beloved Shen lying
on the floor.

Behind him is none other than the Shredder himself. He
attacks, but because of these sharped pauldrons he is cut
and injured in the process. But looks into the eyes of his
enemy and sees that familiar look of hate from years ago.

YOSHI
Who are you?!

SHREDDER
They call me Shredder. But you
know me by another name. I am
Oroku Saki!

YOSHI
(last words)
He who lives without honor, shall
die without honor!

Wasting no words, Shredder slids his throat with his claws,
killing him instantly. We see Splinter quickly running and
leaps to Saki's face, biting and clawing his cheek. Shredder
furiously throws the rat out the window.

16.

EXT. ALLEY - NIGHT

The rat falls onto a garbage bag and Splinter mourns the
death of his beloved family. We pan up to see Shredder
escaping into the night as his evil laughter echoes and
lightning strikes, causing a loud sound of thunderclap.

EXT. SEWERS - DAY

Some time after this tragedy, Splinter roams the underground
levels of the city scavenging for food and whatever he could
find.

SPLINTER (VO)
I have found myself for the very
first time without a home.
Wandering the sewers, hunting for
food in these treacherous
underground levels. I have also
hunted for food in the streets and
fighting off feral cats and
pigeons. But then one day,
something I never expected
happened. Since that day I
learned, some things happen
because it is fate, because they
happen by chance and at times
because we make them happen.

We then move up to the surface, outside the underground to
see a Brooklyn street that has a nice view of the city and
the Brooklyn Bridge.

EXT. SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN - DAY

We see groups of people walking to their everyday routine
such as work among other things. We see an old man in his
sixties slowly crossing the street. As the truck swerves,
the back door opens releasing a canister containing a
radioactive liquid, on it TCRI is written.

Suddenly a speeding truck approaches and a man about his
early 30s rushes to the old mans aid and pushes him, and as
they both fall to the ground, the old man drops the canister
and it bounces on the street to the next sidewalk. We see an
8 year old boy with his mother carrying a glass jar with
four baby turtles inside, the canister hits the jar breaking
it and the turles fall to the water running edge of the
sidewalks.

17.

BOY
(worried)
Mom! My turtles!

He tries to get them, but his mother stops him from doing
anything dangerous.

BOY'S MOTHER
No honey no!

The turtles fall into the sewer, much to the poor boy's
dismay and starts crying as his mom holds him. The witnesses
can't help but feel sympathy for the child.

BOY'S MOTHER
I'm so sorry honey, I'll buy you
new turtles ok?

Then the canister that is ignored by everybody falls onto
the open manhole and we follow it down as it breaks near the
same area where the turtles fell spilling the glowing
liquid.. But these little guys are lucky as the leaves down
there broke their fall.

INT. SEWERS - SAME

Splinter rushes to the turtles and starts seeing them
crawling onto that strange glowing ooze from that broken
canister. He starts washing them all off of the goo.

SPLINTER
Feeling sad and sympathetic for
these turtles, who just also lost
their master, I washed off the goo
as much as I could. And then I
gathered all four of them.

Splinter takes the turtles in an old coffee can and walks
away to his burrow.

INT. SPLINTER'S BURROW, SEWERS - NIGHT

Splinter takes out the turtles and they all go to sleep for
the night.

DISSOLVE TO: THE NEXT DAY

Because of being in contact with the goo, we see Splinter
and the four turtles grown much bigger than their normal
size.

18.

SPLINTER (VO)
When I woke up the next morning. I
have found out that the goo that
they crawled onto and I myself
washed off have affected them and
they doubled in size.

INT. SEWER LEVELS - DAY

The turtles learn to stand on two legs and Splinter is full
grown as well, walking like humans.

SPLINTER
I was affected as well, and I
started developing intellect,
speaking like normal humans. And I
was amazed at how intelligent they
all seemed. But I forbade them
from going outside. For humans
fear and hate what they do not
understand. But nothing could have
prepared me for what happened
next.

One of the turtles says his name slowly "SPLIN-TER". Their
adoptive father becomes impressed and more words started to
follow. Then they find slices of pizza where the turtles
start to eat.

SPLINTER (VO)
They spoke my name, and soon, more
words have followed. And since
that day, I have started their
training. Teaching them all that I
have learned from my master.

FADE TO:

INT. THE LAIR, FIFTEEN YEARS LATER - UNDERGROUND

We see the now full grown turtles training in the ways of
martial arts being supervised by their sensei and father,
who now wears a purple Japanese robe and carries a wooden
stick to walk.

Leonardo practices his katana skills.

SPLINTER
And soon, I gave them all names
after the great masters of the
Renaissance...Leonardo.

Michaelangelo practices with his nunchaku and clumsily hits
himself on the head with it.

SPLINTER
Michelangelo.

Donatello twirls his bo staff and makes a roundhouse kick
and poses.

SPLINTER
Donatello

And finally, Raphael twirls his sai and poses.

SPLINTER
And Raphael.

DISSOLVE TO: NOW

We now see the turtles and Splinter gathered together and
telling their first human friend the story. She is a
beautiful red-haired, green eyed young woman about 21 years
old. She is APRIL O'NEIL.

APRIL
(nervously smiling)
Wow! This is just unbelievable. I
must be in a dream.

SPLINTER
I am afraid you are not Miss
O'Neil.

LEO
Since then, we have been training
to fight against Shredder and
avenge Master Yoshi.

Raphael tightens his grip on one of his sais, while with his
right hand he quickly twirls the other one.

RAPH
Terminate, with extreme prejudice.

DON
It's a good thing that we saved
you April. These Purple Dirtbags
are no joke. We've fought those
guys before, but we always won.

MIKE
(laughs)
Yeah. Sure they got guns, but not
as big as these guns.

Mikey shows his muscles at April who laughs at his good
humor until Splinter hits him in the head with his stick to
calm him down.

SPLINTER
(sternly)
Michaelangelo! Do not be
overconfident. Because the one you
will fight is a ninja master.

MIKE
Ouch! Alright sensei!

And then they all high five in the air.

TURTLES
TURTLES FOREVER!

SUPER: SPLINTER: A TMNT PREQUEL

CLOSING CREDITS

EXT. AN ALLEY - NIGHT

We see Raphael hopping the rooftops and then jumps down to a
firescape near an apartment where the lights are turned off
to see a young sexy woman about to be mugged by the Purple
Dragons, but then we hear a whistle and Raphael looks at the
guy coming out of the shadows.

He is a guy who has a back pack with baseball bats, golf
clubs, a cricket bat and holding in his hand is his main
weapon, the hockey stick. He wears a skull shaped hockey
mask and has short long hair wearing a red tank shirt, biker
gloves, blue jeans and white Nike shoes. He is CASEY JONES

RAPH
(smiling)
This should be interesting.

CASEY
GOONGALA GOONGALA!

Casey charges and with one swing from his bat we hear a loud
hit landing.

CUT TO BLACK
