Eric lays in his bed awake and eyes open, wrapped in a
comforter. Boom and Dom are standing next to him, watching
him. Liz enters Eric's bedroom. |

Liz looks over at Eric cocooned in his blanket in bed. |

He won't move or talk, we don't

Stacy, the girl of my dreams, whom
I've had a crush on for the last
year, broke up with Chris then
said how much she would like to
date a guy like me only to hook up
with Chris the next day. |

Liz looks at Dom, then at Boom, then at Eric. She approaches
Eric and slaps him hard on the side of his face. Eric
doesn't even flinch. |

EXT. ERIC'S HOUSE - DAY |

|
Dom exits Eric's house. He does not notice, but Amy is
walking down the street to Eric's house with her backpack
on. She notices Dom. |

Amy dives behind some bushes for cover, but gets scratched. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Dom hears the exclamation and looks around, but sees no one.
He walks away. When the coast is clear, Amy comes out of the
bushes and enters Eric's house. |

INT. ERIC'S BEDROOM - DAY |

Amy enters Eric's bedroom with her backpack. |
|
|

AMY
Hey Eric, what are you doing in

Amy puts her backpack down and sits next to Eric, who

Boom receives another text message from Eric. He opens it

Amy storms inside, closing the front door on Dom. |

Dom grabs his hair and pulls hard, then walks away. |

Eric lies in bed. There's a knock at the door and then
Stacy, Chris, Boom, and Liz all enter quietly. Eric is
obviously uncomfortable with their presence. |

Eric? How are you feeling? Do you
want me to do anything for you? |
|
|
|

BOOM (V.O.)
What do you expect him to do? He's
not talking. |
|
|

STACY (cont'd)
Eric, what's wrong? |

Stacy sighs and turns towards Chris, Liz, and Boom. |

|
|

Liz leads Chris out of Eric's bedroom. Stacy turns towards
Eric, and Boom pokes his head behind Stacy and mouths the
word "Sorry" to Eric. |

Boom then turns and exits, leaving Stacy and Eric alone.
Eric appears sad but does not move or say anything. Stacy
pulls up a chair and takes a seat next to Eric's bed, then
stares at him for a moment. |

| |
STACY
You know, I wanted to thank you. I
was so upset last night...it
really did mean quite a bit to
me...you showing up like that.
It's just things between me and my
sister have been rough, my parents
are bothering me, like always...I
just couldn't deal with Chris. And
I'm sorry for being so depressed,
but you were right, it's the
people that show up when you need
them most that really matter. And
when Chris came by, I knew he
cared. It meant so much, and I
would have never given him that

Chris and Amy are doing homework together and they both
receive a text message, which they read. |

Liz, Chris and Stacy leaving. Chris and Stacy stop for a

| This is amazing. I feel like this was written about my life. I was in love with this girl, but she didn't love me. When I told her how I felt, she shot me down. I did the exact same thing as Eric. I feel like I can really connect with this series. Can't wait to see this become a real TV show. |

| I like the series so far. I've enjoyed every episode. It was over the past two though that I noticed how much this show seems to take from the TV series Scrubs. It seems like the exact same show now except with high school. Possibly unintentional but nonetheless... |

| This was a good episode. I laughed real hard in this one. This comedy might surpass Lucky Louie in this one. By the way, Eric reminds me also of myself, he can get a girlfriend, but he does not have the guts to tell what he feels. Thanks for a good screenplay. By the way, my Blazing Phoenix script was cancelled due to many responsibilities in college and not being able to know much about soccer to tell you the truth. |
