As the Customer Service Rep disconnects the call she mumbles

The young Customer Service Rep closes the door and places

She walks to the kitchen and opens the fridge. Takes a look
around and sees nothing but old stale food and a few bottles
of water.

As she closes the fridge she takes off her jacket and walks
down the hallway to the bathroom. At the end of the hallway
we see a dark figure of a woman standing, staring at her.

The Customer Service Rep turns the hallway light on and we
see the woman from the hospital standing there with a
questionable look on her face as if she wanted to ask her
"WHY?".

The Customer Service Rep walks right past her and turns the
water on to draw a bath.

She stares at her self in the mirror as the room begins to
fill with steam from the hot water. She takes off her
clothes and steps into the tub.

The word WHY slowly appears on the mirror as the phone
rings.

The Customer Service Rep grabs a towel and walks past the
mirror without a look and heads towards the kitchen.

The old woman's skin darkens as she listens to the

The Customer Service Rep stops in mid sentence as if she
heard something.

She turns around and looks towards the hallway. She can only
see 3 feet and above the ground due to the back of the
couch.

The old woman reaches the back of the couch as the Customer
Service Rep turns around to continue her conversation...

I had problems with this. First I don't think the premise works. It's unbelievable that the customer service rep would be so "over the top" disinterested. It would make more sense and be scarier, if the rep was just doing company policy, which equaled lack of care. Second, you really have to work on proofreading your material. An example of what I mean is this "The room is black by darkness. We hear keys giggling". Bad or wrong direction like this really interrupts the mood you are trying to create and draws attention to your writing rather than the story.
