About a Psychiatrist, his patients and his fellow professionals and their patients. Collectively the Psychiatrist's have a very dark secret.

"THE PSYCHIATRIST"

EXT. A WOODED AREA UPSTATE NY - DAY

LOCALS
Screams can be heard in the
distance then slowly fade. Later a
naked women's body is discovered.
The coroner estimates the body was
there for at least 48 hours. A
camera lens cover is found nearby.

INT. A POPULAR RESTAURANT - EVENING

SUPERIMPOSE: "NYC EARLY AUGUST 2011"

ROBERT, A successful Psychiatrist sitting at his favorite
table waiting for his good friend looking around at the
patrons. Slowly turns towards the front door and sees his
friend "BRENT" walking in. He stands up to welcome his
friend.

ROBERT
Hey BRENT how are you?

BRENT
Hey buddy, how are you?

BRENT is a well know lawyer in his suburban Westchester town
which happens to be not far from Robert's second home also
never been married.

ROBERT
Let's sit down and order a drink.
Can I suggest a great dish?

BRENT
Sure!

The waiter stops at their table.

WAITER
(Big smile)
Good evening gentlemen. I see Mr.
Samuels you also have male friends
as well.

            ROBERT
      (Jokingly says)
I couldn't find a female available
this evening. But don't be
disappointed my good man I won't
            (MORE)

ROBERT (cont'd)
let this happen too often.
(LOL)

The men order their meals.

BRENT
So what's going on in your world
Bobby?

ROBERT
Same ole shit. My practice is
going well. I meet some very
interesting men and woman. Very
interesting. And you?

BRENT
Doing very well. like you I meet
many interesting people some of
which are a bit fucken nuts.

But, that's what makes the world
go around and their good paying
customers.

ROBERT
I know. It's a good thing they
have people like us to get them
through.

ROBERT
BRENT, Lets you and I go down to
the "Groove Nightclub" and have
some fun.

BRENT
Why not. Lets go buddy.

They finish their dinner and hail a taxi to the nightclub.

INT. "THE GROOVE" NIGHTCLUB/SAME DAY - NIGHT

Getting out of the taxi they both head straight for the door
of the club

BOUNCER
Mr. Roberts go ahead.

The two men walk right in as the bouncer opens the velvet
rope. Robert is well known there.

BRENT
Come here often?

BRENT asks ROBERT jokingly.

ROBERT leans into BRENT.

ROBERT
They love me here. I'll introduce
you to some really nice people.

The music slowly gets louder as they make their way around
and Robert points out a couple of women that are his
patients.

            ROBERT
      (Speaking above
       the music)
See that beautiful blond over
there. She can't stop going out
with bad guys.

BRENT
Really? Is she one of your
patients?

ROBERT
No Try and stay away from where
they might frequent. Now, see that
brunette.

She wants to leave her husband but
doesn't know how.

            BRENT
      (not looking for
       answer says)
You must like your job!

            ROBERT
      (With great pride
       and a smile says)
Its the greatest. Hey buddy don't
make yourself out to be a fucken
saint.

You're known for your love for
pussy also.

The two men continue to people watch as the night wears on.

INT. ROBERT'S 5TH AVENUE OFFICE/NEXT DAY - DAY

Secretary buzzes Robert

SECRETARY (O.S.)
"Mr. Samuels, Mrs. Tander is here
for her 11AM appointment".

ROBERT
Fine. Show her in.

The secretary escorts Mrs. Tander in.

ROBERT
How are you Joan? May I call you
JOAN?

            MRS. TANDER
      (with a shaky
       voice)
Of Course Mr. Samuels. And, may I
call you Robert?

            ROBERT
      (With a
       professional tone)
Sure. Now, How can I help you?

They start a relaxing conversation.

EXT. WESTCHESTER SUBURB - MORNING

A woman in her 30s is found near an abandoned barn. She's
full clothed, doesn't appear to be any visible signs of
struggle, and she's alive but unconscious unable to speak.

SUPERIMPOSE: "February 6 months earlier 2011"

BILL SOMMERS, detective with the local police dept. on the
force for only 2 years.

JOHN WATTS, the lead detective, with the same local police
dept. on the force for 20 years.

These 2 Detectives from the "Chapel Hill" police station are
assigned to the call. They get there just as the ambulance
is taking her to the local hospital.

INT. HOSPITAL 2 DETECTIVES ARRIVE - SAME DAY - AFTERNOON

The detectives follow the hospital staff attending to the
woman. They staff starts examining her and place her ICU.

The detectives are stopped by the head nurse.

HEAD NURSE
Gentlemen, you can't go any
further right now. We need time
with her.

Might I ask who you gentlemen are?

JOHN
We're detectives from the Chapel
Hill precinct. I'm det. Watts and
this is my partner det. Sommers.

They show her their IDs.

HEAD NURSE
Ok but please understand we can't
allow anyone near her right now.

The detectives stay behind and can only see glimps of her.

BILL
I hope she is able to speak to us
soon.

JOHN
BILL, might be a while. lets ask
the nurse to inform us when we can
talk with her.
(adding)
I hope we get the chance. She
doesn't look good.

A doctor walks by and notices the detectives.

DOCTOR
Gentlemen, I'm Doctor Milner. How
can I help you?

JOHN
We're the detectives assigned to
this case. This is detective Bill
Sommers and I'm detective John
Watts.

DOCTOR
I haven't had a chance to look at
her as you can see.

JOHN
I understand. Here are our cards.
Please call us anytime. One of us
will come by to see you.

We need to talk with her asap.

DOCTOR
Will do.

The detectives and the Doctor part ways.

JOHN
Bill, Lets call it a day.

BILL
Sounds good. See you at the
station in the morning.

INT. POLICE STATION/NEXT DAY - AFTERNOON

Both men at their desks starting the process of setting up
files, tasks, etc. for this new case.

The phone rings.

John picks up the phone.

JOHN
John Watts here can I help you,

DOCTOR
Yes this is Dr. Milner at the
hospital. Would you like to come
by?

I have some preliminary
information you should know.

JOHN
Of course Dr. be there in asap.

INT. THE HOSPITAL - SAME DAY - MOMENTS LATER

The Dr. notices the men and walks up to them and pulls them
aside.

JOHN
Good afternoon Dr. and before you
tell us what you found thus far I
just need to ask you if you know
of any ID this woman may have had?

Anything at all, jewelry, etc.?

DOCTOR
Nothing on her or was brought in.
Just some clothing. You can take
those with you.

We did find a strong sedative in
her blood called Midazolam.
We're running additional tests.

JOHN
Please keep us informed of any
progress with her health. We need
to talk with her ASAP. Here are
our cards. Again,

Please keep in touch. Hey Doc, can
we at least see her in ICU now?

DOCTOR
Yes but please don't disturb her
in any way.

The detectives leave the ICU. Gather the woman's clothing
and leave.

JOHN
(looking at Bill)
Can you get those clothes over to
the crime lab? lets see what they
come up with.

INT. CHAPEL HILL POLICE STATION / DAYS LATER - MORNING

Both detectives are working on other cases but contiue
tossing around their thoughts on this new case.

JOHN
(Turning to Bill)
We need to name this woman until
we get her real name.

I was thinking about "HOPE" what
do you think?

BILL
That's appropriate. Great.

A call comes in from the Doctor.

DOCTOR
The woman has taken a turn for the
worse. We placed her in an induced
coma.

I'll let you know if anything
develops.
(adding)
She appears to have been raped but
not with the usual signs of
struggle.

JOHN
Thanks for calling Doc. We're
hoping she makes it.

By the way, for our records we
needed to name the woman and we
came up with "HOPE".

You can use that if you like.

DOCTOR
Thanks. We'll do that.

The call ends. John turns to his partner.

JOHN
Ya know BILL, its been 1 month and
we have nothing on this woman.

We can't even take a photo of her
facial wounds haven't gone down.

BILL
Why hasn't someone come forward at
least asking or looking for this
women?

INT. HOSPITAL SAME DAY - LATER

John walks to the nurses station and asks to see the doctor.

The doctor walks in they exchange pleasantries and head to
Hopes room.

JOHN
(Looking at "Hope)
Dr. thanks for your time. Have you
seen any improvement with her yet?

DOCTOR
Nothing we can call improvement.
We are considering bringing her
out of the induced coma.

Only if we see a reasonable
increase in her vital signs.

I will certainly let you know when
that time comes.

The Doctor pauses for a moment and says.

DOCTOR
Hey John, did you send her
clothing out for forensics?

JOHN
Yes we have. Just a bit earlier I
got a call from forensics. They
couldn't find anything.

This only makes the job that much
more difficult.

DOCTOR
Well, if I can help in any way
please ask.

JOHN
Thanks Doc.

He leaves the hospital and gets in his car and heads home.

INT. INSIDE JOHNS CAR - MOMENTS LATER

SUPERIMPOSE: "March 2011 Second Women found"

Call from Bill.

BILL
Hey John we just were notified of
another woman found dead about 30
miles west of the Clover Ridge
police station.

They have detectives heading the

investigation.

JOHN
Shit lets see if we can pay a
visit in the next couple of days.
Possibly there's a connection some
how.

BILL
Sounds good with me.

JOHN
See ya in the Morning.

A FEW DAYS GO BY:

INT. ROBERT'S SUBURBAN HOME OFFICE - DAY

Gets a call from Beth Walsch one of his patients who lives
in the city.

            BETH
      (With a troubling
       voice)
Hi Dr. Samuels it's Beth Walsch. I
need to talk to you. I'm having a
rough time coping with my divorce.

ROBERT
Of course Beth. Problem is I'm
working from home for the next few
days.

            BETH
      (Interrupting
       Robert)
Listen, I really need to talk. I'm
not doing well.

ROBERT
(Interrupting Beth)
Ok, here's what I can do. I'll
call Brent Harris a lawyer friend
of mine that works in the city and
lives near me.

He can pick you up tomorrow in
front of my city office at 1pm.

If that's good for you then I'll
confirm with him. Is that OK?

            BETH
      (With a calming
       tone)
Fine. How do I recognize him? and
how do I get back here?

ROBERT
He drives a white Porsche with the
license plate "Lawyer". I'll take
you back first thing in the
morning.

I have plenty of room here.

I have appointments in the morning
at my city office. Are you ok
with this? Or, we can wait until
the end of the week.

BETH
I need to talk this out.

ROBERT
Ok then I'll call my friend Brent
and arrange it.

Bobby calls Brent.

BRENT
This is Brent Harris.

ROBERT
Hey Buddy, Can you do me a fucken
favor?

BRENT
Sure thing! Would I be wrong in
saying you need me to pick up one
of your patients in front of your
office?

ROBERT
(LOL)
You would be correct you shithead.
Can you pick up a women named Beth
tomorrow at 1pm and bring her
here?

She really sounds like she needs
to talk.

            BRENT
      (Jokingly says)
How did you know I was free after
12 noon tomorrow?
      (He continues)
For you anything. See you
tomorrow.

Robert calls back Beth and confirms the pickup.

ROBERT
Hi Beth it's all arranged. Look
for a new white Porsche in front
of my NYC office at 1pm.

BETH
Thanks again.

EXT. INSIDE BRENTS CAR NEXT DAY - TRAVELING - MORNING

Brent pulls up in front of Roberts city office with his
white Porsche.

Beth coming out of a boutique.

BRENT
Hi, you must be Beth?

            BETH
      (with a bit of
       caution says)
And you are?

BRENT
I'm Brent, Roberts good friend.

BETH
Yes I'm Beth.

She gets in the car and off they go.

DRIVING IN WESTCHESTER

Brent is driving a bit too fast for this Westchester
backroad. Suddenly swerves side to side causing the
passenger to bump her nose on the side door window.

He doesn't hit the deer but looks over to the woman and
notices her nose is bleeding slightly. Drops of blood land
on the carpet before either one notices.

BRENT
(With concern says)
Sorry about that. Are you ok?

            BETH
      (while getting a
       tissue says)
I'm ok just a little nose bleed.
Glad you avoided hitting the deer.

They continue on their way to Roberts home.

INT. CHAPEL HILL POLICE STATION - EVENING

A call comes in from the forensic dept. regarding "Hope".

John takes the call.

JOHN
This is det. Watts

FORENSICS DR. (O.S.)
We found another piece of evidence
you will be interested in.

JOHN
What did you found?

FORENSICS DR.
We did find hair along with the
blood that I told you about
earlier.

We sent it down to the DC crime
lab to see if we can get a match
in the national data bank.

I'll let you know what happens.
They most likely will call you
when and if they find a match.

JOHN
Thanks.

John looks at Bill.

BILL
I know by the look on your face
they found more DNA.

JOHN
They did. That doesn't get us any
further in knowing this woman no
less finding out who did this.
(adding)
Bill call the hospital see if
there are any updates on Hope.

INT. CHAPEL HILL STATION- NEXT DAY - MORNING

A call comes in Bill takes the call.

BILL
John, this caller claims he saw a
man and a woman speeding in an
expensive sport car swerving to
avoid hitting a deer.

The woman passenger appeared to be
knocked around a bit.

JOHN
(Big smile)
That happens everyday around here.

BILL
Well, The man got part of the
license plate "LAW something".

JOHN
(laughingly)
Good. We'll find him and put him
away forever. I'm heading over to
the hospital and see how HOPE is
doing.

BILL
Ok, I'll continue to make calls.

Bill, decides to find out who belongs to that license plate
anyway just for the heck of it.

John decides to make a quick stop at the crime scene before
heading to the hospital.

EXT. CRIME SCENE/SAME DAY - AFTERNOON

John looks around but doesn't see anything that already
hasn't been identified. Heads over to the hospital.

His cell phone rings.

JOHN
Det. Watts.

FORENSICS DR. (O.S.)
Mr. Watts this is crime lab
regarding the woman's clothing
that was brought to us a few weeks
ago.

JOHN
Yes, what did you find?

FORENSICS DR.
Well, we found small blood
splatter.

            JOHN
      (sounding a bit
       dissapointed)
Ok, Thanks very much.

The call ends.

EXT. JOHN DRIVING TO CLOVER RIDGE PRECINCT/NEXT DAY - AFTERNOON

BILL
Ya know I looked up that license
plate "law" and found a plate that
reads "LAWYER".

JOHN
That's BOBBY HARRIS. He lives in
the area. Real nice guy.

He's been in the station a few
times in the past to see potential
clients.
(Jokingly says)
I'll give Bobby a call and tell
him I saw him speeding and need to
come over and give him a speeding
ticket.

Just an excuse to say hello and
see his latest lady friend.

BILL
(Talking to John)
By the way there are no updates on
HOPE.

EXT. DET. ENTERING CLOVER RIDGE PRECINCT - SAME DAY - DAY

WALKING OVER TO THE DESK.

JOHN
Hi, We're detectives John and Bill
from the "Chapel Hill" police
station.
(Badges visible)
We would like to talk to the
person in charge of the
investigation of the woman found
the other day.

DESK SARGENT
No problem I'll call detective
RANDEL HOLLIS.

Detective Hollis greets Bill and John.

DETECTIVE HOLLIS
How can I help you guys? I hear
you have a situation of your own
at Chapel Hill!

JOHN
Yes we do. Just trying to get some
information on the woman you
fellows found yesterday.

We have relatively nothing on our
investigation other than giving
her a name of our own. "Hope".

I know your case just started but
if you can keep us informed what
you find out.

DETECTIVE HOLLIS
Of course and the same on your
end.

            JOHN
Will do Randel.
      (Using HOLLIS'S
       first home.)

JOHN and BILL head back to their car and drive away.

BILL
John, it's to early to say this
but could we be looking at a
serial situation?

JOHN
I think there is some room for
that but way to early to confirm.

We all need to get more background
on both of these woman.

INT. CHAPEL HILL POLICE STATION - NEXT DAY - MORNING

JOHN
Hey Bill, I'm going to see if
Brent my lawyer friend is home
today and pay him a visit.

I'm certain he's heard about the
women that have been in the news.
Just want to get his take/angle.

BILL
Sure thing.

JOHN
(Dialing Brent)
Hey Brent this is detective John
Watts over at Chapel Hill police.

BRENT
Hey John what's going, or should I
even ask. I heard abut the women.

JOHN
Just was calling to see if you had
few minutes today. I'll come by
your home if that's ok?

BRENT
No problem how about 2pm?

JOHN
Great I'll be there.

John pulls up to the large tuder style house. Brent is
already at the door.

            BRENT
      (with his hand
       extended)
My man John. How are ya?

            JOHN
      (Big smile while
       shaking hands)
Doing fine. You gotta a few

JOHN (cont'd)
minutes?

While they both walk into the living room John removes his
pen and note book. And says to Brent.

            JOHN
      (with a solom face
       says)
Brent, unfortunately I was asked
to tell you that you were noticed
speeding the other day by one of
our officers and I was elected to
write up the summons.
      (Holding the solom
       face)

BRENT
(with a smirk says)
Your kidding?

JOHN
Of course. I'm really here to ask
you what you think about the 2
women.

One over a month ago and the one
found dead the other day over in
Clover Ridge?

The woman found in our community
is alive but in very bad shape.
They put her in an induced coma.
(He continues)
On a lighter note, the officer I
mentioned earlier noticed a women
in your car.

Who was that if you don't mind me
asking?

BRENT
(Big smile)
That was a woman who I didn't
really know. Only her name "BETH".

JOHN
You devil you.

BRENT
You don't understand my good
friend Bobby Samuels.

John interrupts him.

JOHN
I know Bobby. He lives over on
Sommers Road. He's a Psychiatrist.
I believe he does some practicing
in his home.

BRENT
That's correct. So, Sometimes
he'll ask me to pick up a patient
once in a while and drop them off
at his place.

JOHN
I don't quite understand.

BRENT
If I'm in the city and I know I'll
get done early with my work he'll
ask me to pick up a patient that
has a genuine need for
conversation and drop them off.

JOHN
I get it. How does the patient get
back to the city?

BRENT
Have you ever seen his home. It's
big and has many rooms. So, I'm
sure they stay until Bobby goes to
work the next morning.

JOHN
I get it now. Well Brent, I need
to get back to the grind. Thanks
for the conversation and be well.

They both walk to the door shake hands and part.

EXT. WOODED AREA NORTHERN WESTCHESTER - SAME DAY - AFTERNOON

SUPERIMPOSE: "April 2011 Third Woman Found"

A flurry of activity as another women's body is found. She's
fully clothed with no belongings and is transferred to the
local morgue.

They in turn give it over to forensics for in depth
analysis.

The forensics go on for a number of days and they find a
small heart shape pendant with the initials BW inside and as
with the others a strong amount of the sedative Midazolam.

This is now declared a double homicide and the FBI are
called in and take part in the investigation.

INT. BRENTS NYC LAW OFFICE - SAME DAY - LATER

BRENT CALLS ROBERT

ROBERT
Hey Bro how's it going?

BRENT
Good so far. Have you been
following the shit that's going on
around the area?

BTW How did it go with Beth the
other day? she get home Ok?

ROBERT
All went well. I took her to the
bus station gave her money to buy
a bus ticket and left her there.

She has problems needless to say
but we're working on it.

As for the stuff you're talking
about I've been so busy I need to
catch up on the news.

BRENT
The authorities have found 3
women, 1 is still alive and 2 dead
in and around Westchester.

Take a look at the news. It's not
good.

ROBERT
I will for sure. Have they
mentioned any names?

BRENT
No, but the thought going around
is it might a serial killer given
the closeness of the crime scenes.

ROBERT
(Sounding concered)
I feel for the families. I have to
get up to speed on this.

You never know some people might
need to talk about this.

BRENT
Well, I have a client coming in
shortly so until the next time my
good friend have a good and
prosperous day.

ROBERT
Ok buddy talk to you later.

INT. CHAPEL HILL POLICE STATION - NEXT DAY - DAY

PHONE RINGS

            BILL
      (picks up the
       phone)
Det. Bill Sommers.

DOCTOR
Hi, this is Dr. Milner at the
Chapel Hill hospital. I just
wanted to tell you that if you
wanted to take photos of Hope.

I believe she has healed enough.
Swelling has gone down somewhat.

She is still in the induced coma
but the photos would be ok.

BILL
Great Doc we've been wanting to do
this since she was brought in.

I'll let John know and we'll be
over in the morning.

DOCTOR
Ask for me when you get here.

They both hang up together.

EXT. DRIVING TO THE HOSTIPAL - NEXT DAY - MORNING

JOHN
Bill, we need a couple good photos
and get them out to the public
asap.

This is our first attempt at
obtaining information on her.

BILL
Yeh John your right. Maybe we can
generate some activity and finally
get her real name.

            JOHN
      (with a serious
       tone)
And Bill, lets take only one or
two shots. We're not trying to get
her on a dating site.

BILL
Got it.

They pull up to the hospital.

INT. HOSPITAL NURSES STATION - SAME DAY - AFTERNOON

JOHN
Excuse me, could you tell Dr.
Milner that detectives

Head nurse politely interrupts John and says.

HEAD NURSE
(With a smile)
I know who you guys are. Please
wait here and I'll get the doctor.

The Dr. greets the men and walk into Hope's room.

DOCTOR
Gentlemen, she is showing minor
improvements. Some vital signs
have leveled off.

We are keeping her in the induces
coma until we see a steady
improvement.

BILL
We completely understand Dr. We
just need to take a couple of
photos and we'll be on our way.

DOCTOR
Ok gentlemen and as I said before
please don't disturb her in any
way.
Thank you.

The doctor walks away and they take the photos and leave
also.

JOHN
Bill, before you send out the
photos to the media get a shot of
her clothes and describe them as
well.

INT. CHAPEL HILL STATION - NEXT DAY - DAY

The FBI descend on both the Chapel Hill and Clover Ridge
police stations and are taking charge of the investigations.

John and Bill continue their search on a more covert type
investigation trying not to get in the way of the FBI.

INT. CLOVER RIDGE STATION - DAY

A call comes in from forensics.

HOLLIS
Det. Hollis here.

CORONER
Yes, regarding the body found a
few days ago in northern
Westchester its a female.

We're still working on her. I'll
keep you posted.

HOLLIS
That's fine. We're looking for
some kind markings so we can put
it out there.

FORENSICS DR.
We're working on it. Understand
the body is in very poor shape.

Call ends

EXT. L.A. CALIFORNIA - WOODED AREA - MORNING

A woman is found in a shallow grave by a group of hikers.
She is fully clothed, blond hair and is approx. 5'2".

Police arrive and immed. call the coroner and the local
detectives.

SUPERIMPOSE: "May 2011 Forth Woman Found"

Coroner arrives.

CORONER
I see no signs of abuse. No sign
of struggler, bruises, nothing
visible.

I need to take her back and do an
autopsy.

the detectives arrive and start their in-depth inspection of
the area with the body still in shallow grave prior to the
coroner taking it away.

They find nothing that would help them with their
investigation. They continue looking over the area while the
coroner removes the body.

DETECTIVE
Guys, I don't see anything here
that tells us who she is, where
she's from.

lets get her photo to the DC crime
lab maybe they might have
something on her.

They leave the crime scene.

INT. CHAPEL HILL POLICE STATION - AFTERNOON

John gets a message regarding the women found near a Los
Angelos wooded area. He turns toward Bill his partner tells
him what he just found out.

JOHN
Bill! The authorities found a
women in a Los Angelos wooded
area.

(MORE)

JOHN (cont'd)
I'm thinking serial killer
possibilities. What do you make of
this?

BILL
Certainly is leaning that way.
That makes 3 women. 2 here and 1
now one on the west coast.

JOHN
Let's prey that our woman "Hope"
doesn't become number 5.

INT. ROBERT 5TH AVENUE OFFICE - NEXT DAY - DAY

Robert leaning back in his chair talking on the phone to
Brent.

ROBERT
Yeah, I did see that article
regarding the women found in Los
Angelos.

It's a shame especially that the
authorities found 2 women dead and
1 just hanging on here in
Westchester alone.

BRENT
That's all they talk about around
the area. And why not, it's a real
concern.

ROBERT
Ok buddy. Talk ta ya later.

INT. ROBERTS SUBURBAN HOME A WEEK LATER - DAY

Robert is going through his list of other Psychiatrist
buddies. Robert is the guy who sets up yearly get together
at his home.

making the first call Aldo in California.

ROBERT
Hey Aldo how the hell are you?

ALDO (O.S.)
I'm doing well my friend. How you
doing?

ROBERT
Hey buddy I'm putting together our
yearly man fun weekend and need to
know if you're available say in
September? Labor day weekend?

ALDO
Let me take a look at my schedule.
Yes I'm good. Just let me know
which weekend. I'll keep my

The FBI have established a profile of what they now believe
is a serial killer.

They gather all of the detectives from both Chapel Hill and

No sense in jumping to conclusions

in the hospital still hanging on
so pay close attention.

I have on this board a profile of
this possible serial killer.

I repeat, possible. As you well
know there are similarities in all
homicides but can also be
deceiving.

Apparently this individual seems
to be doing his or her work in and
around the Westchester County
area.

The killer is using a sedative
known as Midazolam which in strong
doses can be fatale.

Therefore the killer could very
well be in the medical field or

this individual.

We believe this individual
operates alone and does not leave
any clues. DNA or otherwise.

He or she is extremely careful but
does not seem to care how they
hide the body. As though they want
us to find it.

As you know there was a body
recently found just outside of Los
Angelos with similarities to our
situations here.

I wouldn't jump to any conclusions
yet that these are related.
However there is that possibility.

Now, with our investigation here
we need to start looking up
meaning check out any surveillance
cameras that might show something.

gentlemen please do not attempt to

Gentlemen, I was looking at her
latest workup and thought if she
continues the good progress it
might be as early as next week
that we could bring her out of the
coma.

The FBI is about to divulge Anna's
first name to the public along
with the other victims of these
crimes which is believed to be of
serial in nature.

That means we need to take
precautions against the
possibility of someone learning
that she is still alive and a
threat to the serial killers
exposure.

Please understand we will need
your staffs help along with ours
to maintain and keep her location
a secret.

DOCTOR
We are a small facility. Not sure
how well we can insure the
security that's required. Not to
mention the cost.

JOHN
Doctor, like Bill was saying we
will assist in whatever security
will be needed.

Is there anyway you can find
another facility for her?

We need her close to us as our
visits will increase once she is
able to speak.

There is of course the real
possibility that the hospital
staff talking outside of the
hospital could be detrimental to
her safety.

So, what we need to do is one day
is to report within the hospital
that she has been relocated to an
undisclosed location the previous
night.

You then need to find an area here
in the hospital where she can be
safely kept letting only a descret
small number of staff members know
what's going on.

DOCTOR
I will do whatever it takes to
keep her safe but I must tell you
I cannot be ultimately held
responsible nor my staff
responsible if something should
happen.

JOHN

A tremendous concern grips the US. More action is being
called for from the population all across the US.

The authorities needed concrete information that they can
use to find out who these victims are, where they're from,
relatives, friends.

Calls start coming in. More and more information is being
learned about these women across the US. The all seemed to
be in some form of therapy.

INT. DC FBI HEADQUARTERS - NEXT DAY - DAY

Wally is informing those agents involved in the crimes of
the information coming in at all of the involved police
stations around the country.

WALLY
Gentlemen, We're obtaining some
really helpful information
regarding these women.

As you know their names and
whatever little information we had
was sent it out to all types of
media.

So right now need to move quickly
to try and apprehend this sick
person.

to know about where on 5th avenue this happened because he
would walk the area to see if there were any surveillance
cameras around.

EXT. FLORIDA SWAMP AREA - DAY

A car works its way from a main road onto dirt road then
onto a grassy tire track path to a swampy area.

A man sits in the car for a while not moving just looking
around contemplating his next move.

He gets out goes to the passengers side and pulls out a
large plastic bag.

Drags it to an area where its deep enough for the bag to
sink with stones.

SUPERIMPOSE: "late August 2011"

Talking to himself.

MAN IN SWAMP
I'll show those guys.

Takes out a video camera and starts shooting while slowly
backing up toward his car. He reaches his car and stops

Turning around he hears a noise near where he placed the
bag. Looks back thinking something is moving the bag..

But then he sees a large figure coming out of the water.

FBI agent and his partner combing the town for surveillance
cameras.

They find a gas station heading out of town and decide to
stop. Asking the manager if their cameras where possibly
working on a particular day last week.

After a while a white Porsche came in the picture. but the
driver did not get out of the car. He just ask direction and

Bill has his gun pointed at Robert and the others.

John grabs the video out of Cory's hand and starts playing
it. It's not to long until Anna and Robert having rough sex
and right before John's eyes Robert starts beating her.

Next is Philomena were she meets her horrible end by Robert.
last is Beth Walsch and her rape and death.

The sound of sirens and police are heard outside while John
and Bill are standing in disbelief.

INT. FLORIDA SUPREME COURT 6 MONTHS LATER - DAY

All five defendants standing facing the judge for
sentencing.

In the attendance is Anna next to John and Bill and Brent.

JUDGE
Each one of you are the lowest
form of a human being and that's
ever walked this earth.

You have heard from the families
and the one sole survivor.

JUDGE (cont'd)

If it weren't for her you sick
demented things you would still be
doing your despicable deeds.

If I could I would sentence you
all to capital punishment.
Unfortunately we abolished it
years ago here in NY.

I have asked that you Aldo, Cory
and Stan be sent back to the state
of your crimes where they have the
death penalty but even they didn't
want you.

The best I can do is sentence each
one of you to life without the
possibility of parole.

Except for you Robert Samuels. I
give you 3 life sentence to run
consecutively and with out the
possibility of parole.

The audience laughs and cheers in unison. Strangely the
judge allows it.

Anna cries silently.

JUDGE
(lifts his gavel)
Officer's take these prisons.
Court is adjourned.

On their way out Cory says to the other guys you never got
to see my video. I would have won that night.

            ROBERT
      (Looks back at
       Cory)
Your fucken nuts Cory
